### sec.36G Application of part This part applies to the primary victim of an act of violence if the primary victim or another person has made, or is entitled to make, an application (an NIISQ application ) under the NIISQ Act for approval to participate in the scheme in relation to the injury suffered by the primary victim as a direct result of the act of violence.
