### sec.36C When motor accident claim is finally dealt with
For this part, a motor accident claim is finally dealt with when 1 of the following things happens under the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 —
an insurer denies liability for the claim;
an offer, or counter offer, of settlement of the claim is accepted;
a proceeding in a court based on the claim ends, including any appeal.
