### sec.36A Application of part This part applies if— for an act of violence, a person is a primary victim, secondary victim or related victim; and the act resulted in a motor vehicle accident within the meaning of the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 ; and the person has made, or is or was entitled to make, a motor accident claim in relation to the motor vehicle accident. s 36A ins 2017 No. 8 s 33 - (a) for an act of violence, a person is a primary victim, secondary victim or related victim; and - (b) the act resulted in a motor vehicle accident within the meaning of the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 ; and - (c) the person has made, or is or was entitled to make, a motor accident claim in relation to the motor vehicle accident.
