### sec.186 Definition for sdiv 2 In this subdivision— relevant subrogation provision means— for an amount paid by the State under the repealed Act— section 38 (1) or (3) of that Act; or for an amount paid by the State under the repealed Criminal Code chapter—section 663E(2) or (3) of that chapter. - (a) for an amount paid by the State under the repealed Act— section 38 (1) or (3) of that Act; or - (b) for an amount paid by the State under the repealed Criminal Code chapter—section 663E(2) or (3) of that chapter.
