### sec.131 Guidelines
The chief executive may make guidelines about—
the performance of a function or exercise of a power by the scheme manager under this chapter; or
the performance of a function or exercise of a power by a government assessor under this chapter.
The chief executive must—
publish the guidelines on the department’s website; and
keep a copy of the guidelines available for inspection by the public at the main office of the victims assistance unit during ordinary office hours on business days.
A person may, without payment of a fee, obtain a copy of the guidelines from the scheme manager.
A person performing a function or exercising a power under this chapter must have regard to the guidelines when performing the function or exercising the power.
(sec.131-ssec.1) The chief executive may make guidelines about— the performance of a function or exercise of a power by the scheme manager under this chapter; or the performance of a function or exercise of a power by a government assessor under this chapter.
(sec.131-ssec.2) The chief executive must— publish the guidelines on the department’s website; and keep a copy of the guidelines available for inspection by the public at the main office of the victims assistance unit during ordinary office hours on business days.
