### sec.114B Obtaining information from chief executive (transport)
The scheme manager may, for the purpose of the State recovering an amount from a person under this part, ask the chief executive (transport) for the address of a stated person who has been convicted of a relevant offence for a stated act of violence.
The chief executive (transport) must comply with the request if the chief executive is reasonably satisfied the information will help the State recover an amount under this part.
The giving of information by the chief executive (transport) under subsection (2) is authorised despite any other Act or law, including a law imposing an obligation to maintain confidentiality about the information.
