### sec.102 Person who is to decide application If an application for amendment of the grant of assistance is made to the scheme manager under section 101 , the scheme manager may— decide the application; or ask the government assessor who granted the assistance, or another government assessor, to decide the application. - (a) decide the application; or - (b) ask the government assessor who granted the assistance, or another government assessor, to decide the application.
