### sec.74 University statutes and rules
An existing instrument (to the extent that it is consistent with this Act) continues in force under this Act.
However, the instrument expires 1 year after the commencing day, unless sooner repealed.
In this section—
existing instrument means a university statute or rule made under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencing day.
(sec.74-ssec.1) An existing instrument (to the extent that it is consistent with this Act) continues in force under this Act.
(sec.74-ssec.2) However, the instrument expires 1 year after the commencing day, unless sooner repealed.
(sec.74-ssec.3) In this section— existing instrument means a university statute or rule made under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencing day.
