### sec.39F Vacation of office
The office of the chancellor, vice-chancellor or chairperson becomes vacant if he or she—
can not continue as the chancellor, vice-chancellor or chairperson under section 39C ; or
is removed from office under section 39D .
The office of the deputy chancellor becomes vacant if his or her office as a member becomes vacant under section 24 or he or she otherwise stops being a member.

(sec.39F-ssec.1) The office of the chancellor, vice-chancellor or chairperson becomes vacant if he or she— can not continue as the chancellor, vice-chancellor or chairperson under section 39C ; or is removed from office under section 39D .
(sec.39F-ssec.2) The office of the deputy chancellor becomes vacant if his or her office as a member becomes vacant under section 24 or he or she otherwise stops being a member.
- (a) can not continue as the chancellor, vice-chancellor or chairperson under section 39C ; or
- (b) is removed from office under section 39D .
