sec.26ACEligibility to vote

### sec.26AC Eligibility to vote A person is eligible to vote in an election for a class of elected members mentioned in section 15 (2) (a) to (c) only if the person— is an eligible person for the class of elected members; and otherwise meets any requirements under the election policy for eligibility to vote. s 26AC ins 2017 No. 36 s 147 - (a) is an eligible person for the class of elected members; and - (b) otherwise meets any requirements under the election policy for eligibility to vote.
