### sec.925 Application of div 3
This division applies to the following contempts—
contempt constituted by failure to comply with an order of the court or an undertaking given to the court;
contempt committed in the face of the court;
any other contempt of the court;
contempt of another court.
For a contempt committed in the face of the court, the procedure under this division is an alternative to the procedure under division 2 .
(sec.925-ssec.1) This division applies to the following contempts— contempt constituted by failure to comply with an order of the court or an undertaking given to the court; contempt committed in the face of the court; any other contempt of the court; contempt of another court.
(sec.925-ssec.2) For a contempt committed in the face of the court, the procedure under this division is an alternative to the procedure under division 2 .
- (a) contempt constituted by failure to comply with an order of the court or an undertaking given to the court;
- (b) contempt committed in the face of the court;
- (c) any other contempt of the court;
- (d) contempt of another court.
