### sec.872 Cessation of instalment order
An instalment order ceases to have effect if—
the order debt is satisfied; or
the instalment order is set aside or expires according to its conditions; or
the enforcement debtor fails to make 2 consecutive payments; or
unless the court orders otherwise, an enforcement warrant is issued in relation to the order debt.
If an instalment order ceases to have effect under subrule (1) , other than by an order made in the presence of the enforcement debtor, the enforcement creditor must give notice to the enforcement debtor that the instalment order has ceased to have effect.
The notice must be in the approved form.
The enforcement creditor must file a copy of the notice.
