### sec.871 Discharge or variation of instalment order
The court may, on the application of a party, set aside, suspend or vary an instalment order.
An order setting aside, suspending or varying the instalment order must be served on any other party not present when the order was made.
An order suspending or varying the instalment order does not come into force until the end of 7 days after the order was made, or if the order is required to be served under subrule (2) , the last day on which the order is served.
