### sec.767 Exercise of certain powers by judge of appeal
Subject to any Act, 1 or more judges of appeal may exercise the powers of the Court of Appeal in any of the following proceedings—
a proceeding about a question of practice and procedure in the Court of Appeal;
an application in a civil proceeding for leave to appeal or for an extension of time to apply for leave to appeal;
an application for a stay of execution or for an injunction pending an appeal;
an appeal listed for hearing under rule 764 .
