### sec.679 Definitions for ch 17A In this chapter— assessed costs means costs and disbursements assessed under this chapter. assessing registrar means a registrar approved to assess costs by— for the Supreme Court—the Chief Justice; or for the District Court—the Chief Judge of the District Court; or for a Magistrates Court—the Chief Magistrate.
