### sec.657I Appointment If a person who is eligible for appointment as an account assessor applies for appointment under rule 657H , the principal registrar may appoint or refuse to appoint the person as an account assessor. If the principal registrar refuses to appoint the person, the principal registrar must give the person a statement of reasons for the decision. A person whose application for appointment is refused under subrule (1) may appeal to a single judge of the Supreme Court. r 657I ins 2011 SL No. 296 s 21 (sec.657I-ssec.1) If a person who is eligible for appointment as an account assessor applies for appointment under rule 657H , the principal registrar may appoint or refuse to appoint the person as an account assessor.
