### sec.657G Eligibility A person is eligible for appointment as an account assessor only if the person is— an Australian legal practitioner who is currently accredited by the Queensland Law Society in the area of succession law; and a fit and proper person to assess estate accounts. In this rule— Australian legal practitioner see the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 6 (1) . r 657G ins 2011 SL No. 296 s 21 (sec.657G-ssec.1) A person is eligible for appointment as an account assessor only if the person is— an Australian legal practitioner who is currently accredited by the Queensland Law Society in the area of succession law; and a fit and proper person to assess estate accounts.
