### sec.522L No cross claim in proceeding for employment claim
In a proceeding for an employment claim, the defendant may not rely on a cross claim by way of set-off or counterclaim in response to the claim.
However, the court may, if a defendant has brought a proceeding for a claim against a plaintiff for a matter that, apart from subrule (1) may have been the subject of a cross claim, order that the enforcement of any judgment in the first proceeding be stayed for the time and on the conditions the court considers appropriate.
