### sec.340 Case appraiser’s decision on costs in the dispute
In a referred dispute, a case appraiser has the same power to award costs in the dispute the court that referred the dispute would have had if it had heard and decided the dispute.
A case appraiser’s decision under rule 339 (1) must include a decision on costs in the dispute.
