### sec.339 Case appraiser’s decision
A case appraiser’s decision must be in writing, but the case appraiser need not give reasons for the decision.
However, a case appraiser may, at any stage of a case appraisal proceeding, decline to proceed further with the proceeding.
The dispute proves to be unsuitable for case appraisal.
A copy of the decision must be given to each party.
(sec.339-ssec.1) A case appraiser’s decision must be in writing, but the case appraiser need not give reasons for the decision.
