### sch.1A-sec.3.5 Copy of order approving compromise or arrangement to be lodged with ASIC If the court makes an order under the Corporations Act , section 411 (1) , (1A) or (4) , or 413 (1) , the applicant must, as soon as practicable after the order is made— have the order sealed; and lodge an office copy of the order with ASIC; and serve an office copy of the order on any person appointed to administer the compromise or arrangement. sch 1A r 3.5 ins 2000 SL No. 232 s 3 amd 2004 SL No. 115 s 2 sch 1 ; 2018 SL No. 193 s 14 - (a) have the order sealed; and - (b) lodge an office copy of the order with ASIC; and - (c) serve an office copy of the order on any person appointed to administer the compromise or arrangement.
