### sch.1A-sec.3.4 Notice of hearing ( Corporations Act , ss 411 (4) and 413 (1) )—form 6 This rule applies to— an application, under the Corporations Act , section 411 (4) , for an order approving a proposed compromise or arrangement in relation to a Part 5.1 body; and an application, under the Corporations Act , section 413 (1) , for an order in relation to the reconstruction of a Part 5.1 body, or Part 5.1 bodies, or the amalgamation of 2 or more Part 5.1 bodies. Unless the court otherwise orders, the applicant must publish a notice of the hearing of the application— for an application in relation to 1 Part 5.1 body—in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State where the Part 5.1 body has its principal, or last known, place of business; or for an application in relation to 2 or more Part 5.1 bodies—in a daily newspaper circulating generally in each State where any of the Part 5.1 bodies has its principal, or last known, place of business.
