### sec.91L Nomination of vehicle
For section 91K (1) (a) , a person—
may nominate only a motor vehicle of a class the person is authorised to drive under the person’s Queensland driver licence; and
may nominate more than 1 motor vehicle.
the person’s own motor vehicle
a motor vehicle owned by the person’s spouse, friend or employer
A particular vehicle can not be the nominated vehicle for more than 1 person unless a regulation provides for identifying the driver of the vehicle at a particular time.
a scheme involving the driver using a PIN or swipe card or keeping a logbook
The nomination must be made to the chief executive.
