### sec.244 Evidentiary provisions Sections 123A(o) and (p), 123B(o) and (p) and 123SA apply in relation to a proceeding for an offence under a transport Act only if the offence is committed after the commencement. Schedule 1, item 28, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to a proceeding for an offence under a transport Act if the offence was committed before the commencement. s 244 ins 2022 No. 19 s 24 (sec.244-ssec.1) Sections 123A(o) and (p), 123B(o) and (p) and 123SA apply in relation to a proceeding for an offence under a transport Act only if the offence is committed after the commencement.
