### sec.229 Existing applications for particular information, replacement licence or interlock exemption
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an application under section 77(1)(a) or (2)(b), 77A(1)(a)(ii), 79F or 91P of the pre-amended Act had been made but not decided.
For deciding the application, the pre-amended Act continues to apply as if the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017 had not been enacted.
In this section—
pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.

(sec.229-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an application under section 77(1)(a) or (2)(b), 77A(1)(a)(ii), 79F or 91P of the pre-amended Act had been made but not decided.
(sec.229-ssec.2) For deciding the application, the pre-amended Act continues to apply as if the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017 had not been enacted.
(sec.229-ssec.3) In this section— pre-amended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement.
