### sec.227 Keeping register under former s 133 This section applies to a person who, before the commencement of this section, kept a register under section 133. Section 133(2) and (3)(a) continue to apply to the person in relation to the keeping of the register as if the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014 , part 9 had not commenced. s 227 ins 2014 No. 43 s 106 (sec.227-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, before the commencement of this section, kept a register under section 133. (sec.227-ssec.2) Section 133(2) and (3)(a) continue to apply to the person in relation to the keeping of the register as if the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014 , part 9 had not commenced.
