### sec.213 Validation provision for section 171(4) A regulation made under section 171(4) that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section, including a regulation made after the repeal of the National Road Transport Commission Act 1991 (Cwlth), is, and always has been, as effective as it would be if the National Road Transport Commission Act 1991 (Cwlth) had not been repealed. From the commencement of this section, a regulation that is effective under subsection (1) is taken to be the same as, or substantially similar to, model legislation or road transport legislation within the meaning of the National Transport Commission Act 2003 (Cwlth). s 213 ins 2007 No. 43 s 86 (sec.213-ssec.1) A regulation made under section 171(4) that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section, including a regulation made after the repeal of the National Road Transport Commission Act 1991 (Cwlth), is, and always has been, as effective as it would be if the National Road Transport Commission Act 1991 (Cwlth) had not been repealed.
