### sec.211 Recovering vehicle removed from prescribed road
This section applies if a vehicle was removed from a prescribed road, and not recovered by its owner, under a regulation before the commencement.
The vehicle is taken to have been removed from the prescribed road under chapter 3, part 4C.
A notice of the kind mentioned in section 51J and given under a regulation in relation to the vehicle before the commencement is taken to be a notice given under section 51J.
For applying section 51L(1)(b) to the vehicle, a reference in the paragraph to a decision made under section 51J(3) includes a reference to a decision of the kind mentioned in section 51J(3) that was made under a regulation before the commencement.
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of section 51J.

(sec.211-ssec.1) This section applies if a vehicle was removed from a prescribed road, and not recovered by its owner, under a regulation before the commencement.
(sec.211-ssec.2) The vehicle is taken to have been removed from the prescribed road under chapter 3, part 4C.
(sec.211-ssec.3) A notice of the kind mentioned in section 51J and given under a regulation in relation to the vehicle before the commencement is taken to be a notice given under section 51J.
(sec.211-ssec.4) For applying section 51L(1)(b) to the vehicle, a reference in the paragraph to a decision made under section 51J(3) includes a reference to a decision of the kind mentioned in section 51J(3) that was made under a regulation before the commencement.
(sec.211-ssec.5) In this section— commencement means the commencement of section 51J.
