### sec.153H Cancelling suspended exemption for failing to take remedial action
This section applies if the chief executive—
suspends an exemption on the condition mentioned in section 153E (1) (c) (ii) ; and
reasonably believes the condition has not been complied with.
The chief executive may by written notice given to the holder cancel the exemption.
The notice must state—
the reasons for the chief executive’s belief; and
the prescribed review information for the decision.
The cancellation takes effect on the later of the following—
the day the notice is given to the holder;
the day stated in the notice.

(sec.153H-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive— suspends an exemption on the condition mentioned in section 153E (1) (c) (ii) ; and reasonably believes the condition has not been complied with.
(sec.153H-ssec.2) The chief executive may by written notice given to the holder cancel the exemption.
(sec.153H-ssec.3) The notice must state— the reasons for the chief executive’s belief; and the prescribed review information for the decision.
(sec.153H-ssec.4) The cancellation takes effect on the later of the following— the day the notice is given to the holder; the day stated in the notice.
- (a) suspends an exemption on the condition mentioned in section 153E (1) (c) (ii) ; and
- (b) reasonably believes the condition has not been complied with.
