### sec.139 Service of determinations, notices, orders, and directions of the commissioner or the chief executive
Every determination, notice, order, or direction made or given by the commissioner or the chief executive under this Act, or notice of rescission by the commissioner or the chief executive of any such determination, notice, order, or direction, may be published in the gazette, and upon such publication shall be judicially noticed and shall be and be deemed to be sufficiently served upon or notified to all persons affected by such determination, notice, order, or direction, or rescission thereof.
Subsection (1) shall not apply with respect to determinations by the commissioner or the chief executive of any provision, term, or condition of a licence, where such provision, term, or condition is set out in that licence.
