### sec.123T Transport documentation
Without limiting section 123C , 123F or 123G , transport documentation is admissible in a proceeding under a transport Act relating to a prescribed dangerous goods vehicle or the transport of dangerous goods and is evidence of—
the identity and status of the parties to any transaction to which the documentation relates; and
the destination or intended destination of any load to which the documentation relates.
In this section—
status , of the parties to a transaction, includes the status of each of the parties as a person involved in the transport of dangerous goods.

(sec.123T-ssec.2) In this section— status , of the parties to a transaction, includes the status of each of the parties as a person involved in the transport of dangerous goods.
- (a) the identity and status of the parties to any transaction to which the documentation relates; and
- (b) the destination or intended destination of any load to which the documentation relates.
