### sec.123D Delegation
To remove any doubt, it is declared that—
the Transport Planning and Coordination Act 1994 , section 37 applies to a function or power of the chief executive under this part; and
the Police Service Administration Act 1990 , section 4.10 applies to a power of the commissioner under this part.
