### sec.122L Notice to be given to crossing supervisor
The chief executive must inform the crossing supervisor by written notice about the chief executive’s decision under section 122K (1) .
If the chief executive decides to amend, suspend or cancel the authority, the notice must state—
the reasons for the decision; and
the prescribed review information for the decision.
The decision takes effect on the later of the following—
the day the notice is given to the crossing supervisor;
the day stated in the notice.

(sec.122L-ssec.1) The chief executive must inform the crossing supervisor by written notice about the chief executive’s decision under section 122K (1) .
