### sec.122B Unauthorised person must not act as crossing supervisor
A person must not perform a role under an authorised scheme as a crossing supervisor unless the person is a crossing supervisor.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
A person must not hold himself or herself out as being a crossing supervisor if the person is not authorised as a crossing supervisor under an authorised scheme.
