### sec.121 Application of the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999
The State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 , part 3 applies to camera-detected offences subject to this division.
If there is any inconsistency between the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 and this division, the provisions of this division prevail.
Without limiting subsection (1) or (2) , for the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 —
a reference to person in charge or user is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to the person in charge of the vehicle; and
a reference to illegal user declaration , known user declaration , sold vehicle declaration or unknown user declaration or ‘declaration’ generally is taken to be a reference to the appropriate approved form for section 114 ; and
the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 , sections 18 (2) , 19 (5) , 20 (5) and 21 (2) are subject to section 114 and in particular section 114 (6) applies instead of the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 , section 21 (2) (b) .

(sec.121-ssec.1) The State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 , part 3 applies to camera-detected offences subject to this division.
(sec.121-ssec.2) If there is any inconsistency between the State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999 and this division, the provisions of this division prevail.
