### sec.119 Notice of dispute about traffic control device or sign
If a person intends to dispute that a traffic control device or sign was functioning without defect or was visible, the person must give the prosecution written notice of the intention, specifying the device or sign, at least 7 days before the day fixed for the hearing.
A notice under subsection (1) must be in the approved form and must also state the grounds on which the person intends to rely to dispute that a traffic control device or sign was functioning without defect or was visible.
