### sec.104 Off-street regulated parking areas
An off-street regulated parking area is an area of land, including any structure on the land, that—
is controlled by the chief executive or a local government; and
is specified as an off-street regulated parking area under—
a regulation; or
for a local government—a local law.
Land controlled by the chief executive or a local government includes land over which the chief executive or local government may exercise control for the purposes of this part under an arrangement with a person who owns, or has an interest in, the land.
The chief executive may, under an arrangement with the owner of a shopping centre, regulate the use of the shopping centre’s public parking area that has been specified to be an off-street regulated parking area under a regulation.
An agreement to give effect to the arrangement for the area must provide for the matters prescribed under a regulation.

(sec.104-ssec.3) An agreement to give effect to the arrangement for the area must provide for the matters prescribed under a regulation.
- (a) is controlled by the chief executive or a local government; and
- (b) is specified as an off-street regulated parking area under— (i) a regulation; or (ii) for a local government—a local law.
- (i) a regulation; or
- (ii) for a local government—a local law.
