### sec.67E Chief executive’s approval required for special event services
A person must not enter into or perform a contract or arrangement for the provision of scheduled passenger services to or from a special event without the chief executive’s written approval.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
A contract or arrangement made or entered into in contravention of subsection (1) has no effect to the extent of the contravention.

(sec.67E-ssec.1) A person must not enter into or perform a contract or arrangement for the provision of scheduled passenger services to or from a special event without the chief executive’s written approval. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(sec.67E-ssec.2) A contract or arrangement made or entered into in contravention of subsection (1) has no effect to the extent of the contravention.
