### sec.35I Restricted oral release of particular information
The chief executive may orally release, to a person, information kept under this Act about the person’s driver authorisation.
However, subsection (1) applies only if the chief executive is satisfied that the person is the person to whom the information relates.
The chief executive may be satisfied as required under subsection (2) if the person correctly answers a series of questions, or produces a document, for identifying the person.
