### sec.154A Direction to pay operator the penalty recovered for fare evasion etc.
This section applies to an offence or alleged offence under this Act in relation to a fare or ticket for a public passenger service.
The court may direct that part or all of a fine or penalty recovered for an offence to which this section applies be paid to a stated person aggrieved by the commission of the offence.
The chief executive may direct that part or all of the penalties paid under infringement notices for alleged offences to which this section applies be paid to the operator providing the public passenger service.
While the direction under subsection (3) remains in force, penalties recovered under the infringement notices are to be paid in accordance with the direction.
