### sec.151 Proceedings for offences
An offence against this Act is a summary offence.
A proceeding for an offence must start—
within 1 year after the offence is committed; or
within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed.
A statement in a complaint for an offence against this Act that the matter of the complaint came to the knowledge of the complainant on a stated day is evidence of when the matter came to the complainant’s knowledge.

(sec.151-ssec.1) An offence against this Act is a summary offence.
(sec.151-ssec.2) A proceeding for an offence must start— within 1 year after the offence is committed; or within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed.
(sec.151-ssec.3) A statement in a complaint for an offence against this Act that the matter of the complaint came to the knowledge of the complainant on a stated day is evidence of when the matter came to the complainant’s knowledge.
