### sec.150B Offences to be counted for particular penalty provisions This section applies in relation to the following provisions (each a relevant provision )— section 27 (1) ; section 74 (1) and (2) ; section 75 (2) ; section 76 (1) ; section 77 (1) ; section 78 (1) and (2) ; a provision of a regulation prescribed by regulation to be a provision to which this section applies. For working out whether an offence against a relevant provision is a first, second, third or later offence, each offence committed by the person against the provision must be counted. s 150B ins 2017 No. 18 s 23 (sec.150B-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the following provisions (each a relevant provision )— section 27 (1) ; section 74 (1) and (2) ; section 75 (2) ; section 76 (1) ; section 77 (1) ; section 78 (1) and (2) ; a provision of a regulation prescribed by regulation to be a provision to which this section applies.
