### sec.111E Person to be advised of duties of disclosure
Before a person is appointed as a transit officer, the chief executive must—
tell the person—
of the person’s duty under section 111F to disclose relevant information about the person; and
that the chief executive may under section 111G obtain relevant information about the person; and
give the person a copy of the guidelines for dealing with relevant information obtained by the chief executive under this subdivision.
