### sec.90 Direction to person carrying out works
A harbour master may direct a person who is carrying out construction work in or near a marine incident area or pilotage area to light or mark the works in a specified way.
The direction may specify when the action is to be taken.
A person must comply with a direction under subsection (1) , unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —200 penalty units.
