### sec.89 Direction to person in charge of a place
A harbour master may direct the person in charge of a place in, or adjacent to, a marine incident area or pilotage area—
to allow a ship to be berthed at the place or moved from the place; or
to allow access through the place to and from the ship.
A person must comply with a direction under subsection (1) , unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —200 penalty units.
