### sec.63AA Smartcard marine licence indicator is property of the State A smartcard marine licence indicator is and remains the property of the State. Subsection (1) applies even though a person other than the State— has the right to use information that is on the smartcard marine licence indicator or stored electronically on it; or has the right to have information stored on the smartcard marine licence indicator. The State is not legally liable for an act or omission relating to the keeping or use of the smartcard marine licence indicator. s 63AA ins 2008 No. 71 s 14A (amd 2010 No. 13 s 67 ) (sec.63AA-ssec.1) A smartcard marine licence indicator is and remains the property of the State.
