### sec.63 Cancellation, suspension and amendment of licences The chief executive or general manager may cancel or suspend a licence, or amend a licence or marine licence indicator without application by the licensee, only by fair procedures prescribed by regulation. Section 202C (1) provides that, when an order is made under section 202A for a person, a licence, and any subsisting licence, held by the person for whom the order is made is cancelled.
