### sec.183GA Further power of District Court if enforcement order is contravened
If the respondent contravenes an enforcement order, the District Court may, by further order, authorise the prescribed applicant to take the action stated in the further order.
The District Court’s power under this section is in addition to its other powers.
In this section—
prescribed applicant means the prescribed applicant for the enforcement order.
respondent means the person against whom the enforcement order is made.

(sec.183GA-ssec.1) If the respondent contravenes an enforcement order, the District Court may, by further order, authorise the prescribed applicant to take the action stated in the further order.
(sec.183GA-ssec.2) The District Court’s power under this section is in addition to its other powers.
(sec.183GA-ssec.3) In this section— prescribed applicant means the prescribed applicant for the enforcement order. respondent means the person against whom the enforcement order is made.
