### sec.181 Evidence of consent
This section applies to a proceeding if—
a question arises whether an occupier of a place consented to the entry of the place by a shipping inspector under this part; and
an acknowledgement under section 180 is not produced in evidence.
In a proceeding to which this section applies, the court may presume the occupier did not consent unless the contrary is proved.
(sec.181-ssec.1) This section applies to a proceeding if— a question arises whether an occupier of a place consented to the entry of the place by a shipping inspector under this part; and an acknowledgement under section 180 is not produced in evidence.
(sec.181-ssec.2) In a proceeding to which this section applies, the court may presume the occupier did not consent unless the contrary is proved.
