### sec.91 Evidence of consent This section applies to a proceeding if— a question arises whether an occupier of a place consented to the entry of the place by an authorised officer under this part; and an acknowledgement under section 90 is not produced in evidence. In a proceeding to which this section applies, the court may presume the occupier did not consent, unless the contrary is proved.
